1.Evevething is depends upon blood relations 2. No documentation here , you have to do donkey work only . Theye will explain the requirements orally only and after deployment issue is raise from Clint then they will blam to devloper and testers who are not relative otherwise everything is ok 3.apprisal is not depend upon the work it depends upon the blood relations 4. Wfh facility is only for relatives 5. If you are working with relatives you have to do work of both but still blame will be on you only 6 HR is likes there is no hr listens mangers only, hr will never support you in any condition 7 Managers make fun of your medical condition, cast also in front of new joiners to make them laugh, no humility, no manners , no common sense 8 all facilities are for relatives only 9 mangers are making fool to higher management 10 don't join the company if you don't have any relative or strong refrance here 11. No technology here still working on osgi framework 12. No work life balance you have to stye in office 10 to 8.30 /9/10 still it is not enough fr them. 12.team leads are useless thye don't want o do any new work 13, if you don't have strong refrance you will be under pip definitely during appraisal nothing depends on work ............,.....,............................., If you have relative or strong reff.. join the company don't do anything you will get hike upto 60 per, jst come nd go no one will take action on you, it will be like a second home for you...Read More
