Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? IT Contractors is a good company to work as the management is friendly and Cooperative. As a senior employee ample time is given to design or rather I should say we get opportunity to give our best designs. The working atmosphere is good. We work like a team.

The opportunity is average as it is product base company as compare to client base company. But still I tried my beast to delivered every year a refined designs. As salary structure is average which lead you to be some times demotivating.

Work Details

My work as a web designer to produce videos and maintaining You Tube channel every year. I am alone working in this segment. Delivering videos for product like Payroll, E-filing, Pension etc. It is challenging as I am the only person in this segment.
