Hello, 6 months ago, I switched from my previous job to my current one with a 40% salary hike. At that time, it seemed like a great opportunity, but now, I am seriously considering my decision. My previous job had, 1. A European MNC team with excellent support and work culture 2. Good Time for my family & personal life 3. Flexible timing & permanent work-from-home 4. 5 days working with proper work-life balance Now, in my current Indian company: 1. 12-hour workdays, with additional work on Saturdays (despite a 5-day work policy) 2. No proper training 3. Toxic work culture, where I get scolded daily due to a lack of training 4. Hardly any time for my kids and parents 5. Started my health issues My previous company is willing to take me back with a 10% hike on my last salary. Given the work-life balance, supportive environment, and long-term growth prospects I had there, I am thinking of returning. *It is not going to impact on my monthly expenses.* Would you recommend going back?

- Lack of professionalism in higher management. - It's very difficult to understand their online survey platforms and make updates. - They put someone who don't know anything on manager or like most experienced positions, they are only for misleading and putting pressure on developers. In IT, irrespective of experience and qualifications System Analyst and Project Manager are awesome positions; you can expect very good salary, work life balance, adequate leaves and other benefits. Post Covid WFH option Work only on week days
