Nothing to like about this company. when joined I was unaware of the arrogant managers of the company. If you have the option to stay home then don't work for this company.

Dislikes

Everything from seniors to managers. They don't even care either that you are not well. They can remove you anytime without any notice period.

I love the fact that I am a part of team that markers reliable, and has global client base. Also as team, my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but the work pressure sometimes is high if people do not support the situations and decisions.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
