1. Poor management 2. No exit time 10.am to 8.pm average.. and 10.00pm,11.00pm on deadline project ( without pay) 3. Always make you feel guilty And after that they make you to do overworked 4. 3 -6 month is employee retaintion rate.. always hire group of employees after that every employee going to leave after 3 month. 4.
