Salary negotiation & work culture at hyundai motors

Hi community members, I recently cleared hyundai interview for talegaon plant but they have offered 24% to my last salary which is well below to my expectations considering talegaon is very expensive to my current location. Can someone tell me whats the salary strcture for manager at hyundai with 8 years of experience currently they have offered me 15.5 lpa. & Also can someone tell me the workculture of hyundai (i am concerned about overstay).

There is a lot of politics and the manage ment diesn,t address our issue .salary is decent but career growth is sliw.there is a bond of 2 years before cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees

The job is quite intresting struggled a bit in the bwgining as there was no formal training session.I learnt every thing on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste ogf different rokes within the same team
