Hyundai Motor India Limited has nothing such to like about. Very pathetic Management and no support to employees of Junior level.

I will not say dislike, but yes it fact as Korean people they thinK and they put in mind of employee that Maruti, Tata, Mahindra which are Indian company are Rural company and they are famous ,also employee they treat like dogs , very pathetic work culture they have.

We cannot predict what the automobile culture will be like in the future but as of now I am writing that Hyundai is the best company of the Indian Automobile Industry in the present times. The old feedback is still not good but Hyundai India and HMC Korea have made a lot of improvement in improving the company culture. Sustainability of the company is very important in today's era which requires latest technology, IT infra, research & development and modern sale abd service practice but today Hyundai has all this. so Hyundai is provided best compensation and amenities to their employees. Some employees social benefits can add more for social security of employees as per Industry benchmark. Some more transparency can improve more. But they is no point to dislike Hyundai.
