Colleagues are helpful

Dislikes

Only one way communication. Korean takes decision . And u have to implement., Koreans will ask only for results in numbers.... No proper appraisal , Salary Hike Company/ HR policies not supporting staff. Management is not transparent. HOD's are hired to just nod their heads, they can't speak up or their mouths have been shut by Koreans.

Interesing, I struggle when there are issue, and come out by taking various other departments colleagues help.

Good co-workers to work with. No official training. Not for career oriented people. Lack of innovation, as they have very limited Young blood people.

Dislikes

All Power/Authority is centralized to Korean Management only, no power given to locals. Too much of reporting and time wasted in unnecessary meetings with out any conclusions. Appraisal are just ok. Work environment is good. There is no two way conversation. It's only top down. U have to follow and meet the targets.

For certain departments people have job security.

Dislikes

Autocratic Korean management . Spineless HR and Indian management. Koreans are shouting like road fighting from there cabin No Posh committee. Receptionist beat Trade manager in office with sandal and went away.No one dared to question the trade manager .Not even HR HEAD who was present there.They targetted Receptionist.
