Actually I am working for a project.(project basis) for the project staff they are providing limited facilities but for the Permanent staff they are providing good salary, facilities..all things in better level. Their working hours 7.00 am to 6.00 pm 06 days for week for locals.But for the korian staff working hrs less than us (as per the korian law). satisfaction depend on relevant Admin & HR department management style and behavior and attitude of Project leader. for some factors I like., dislike factors too. when considering multicultural factors it is good. fairly it is medium for me. because of leadership style , communication, problem solving ,team work, understanding critical situations etc....Read More

Every project,every job we can learn new thing, new cultures, lesson learnt, gain new experiences, share my knowledge with them etc. finally it is different experience for me.But I love to work in overseas.
