This Organisation believes in getting a lot more from employee with little benefits being passed on to the employee. Will shower you with praises but will neglect the compensation side. No opportunity for growth in the India division. No scope of growth within the company in India. They expect you to stay on the same level for 5-6 years & try to supress you down if you ask for any growth. This results in no financial growth as well!

Middle level management is very poor and unresponsive specially local IPO leaders are interested only in politics....Never ever work with IPO sqe Dept..strange leaders in this dept.
