I have joined HyScaler as a fresher and gained much knowledge that will be beneficial for my future. Here the manager and employees are very supportive. I would recommend to join here as you can enhance your skills here.

I haven't been provided with goodies and the salary as a freshers is below expectations but overall it's a good place to work and enhance skills

There are many positive aspects of the work environment and the company in general. Listing some of them" - Supportive and Motivated Colleagues - Understanding Management - Focus on self-improvement and discipline. (This does feel a bit difficult initially) - Push from seniors to keep learning new technologies and stay up-to-date - Overall great place for a fulfilling career

Dislikes

One key area of improvement is the hiring mechanism. It's essential to ensure that individuals with low motivation levels are not taken in, as this leads to bring people more interested in office politics than actual work. Such individuals create a difficult work environment for others.

Super place to start career and grow. Everyone around is serious about their work. Managers recognise silent hard workers and incentivise them accordingly. Great annual retreats :).
