1. The employees are really supportive. 2. They have clients into each industrial sector so you can get opportunity for working into each industry.

Dislikes

1. Salary & benefits are really terrible. No one is paid according to the work they do. 2. Incentive amount is never credited to your bank account. 3. Growth and hike are really slow. People working from so long haven't received any salary or designation hike. 4. Employees are asked to work aggressively but client's mistakes are never looked upon. 5. Poor management. 6. Once you leave the company, your last working month salary won't be credited by giving some lame excuses....Read More

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
