A Great place to work and learn. Friendly and super supportive teammates always ready to help you.

Dislikes

Politics was issue at first but it all changed with new management team.

Work Details

Very interesting job, learned a lot of new things. Looking forward to working with them if there will be a possibility in future.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
