There's nothing much to say good about the company in my point of view of course is everyone's thoughts the same. Good work environment. Teammates are supportive.

There is a lot of policys and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is also not decent as well as career growth is also Slow. There is no on job training. They straight away take you into shop floor irrespective of your degree of study. We only need to learn if we need to know about the work.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the Job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me a get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
