I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I got an opportunity to travel to 4 countries till now by my company. They participate in exhibitions with their sales team in different countries. Commission structure on sales in excellent! They treat all employees even with their peon as their own family member who have are still working with them since 10 plus years.
