1) There is lack of communication amongst the senior management as well as lack of clarity on the management's part as to what they require from a task. As a result, they will make a rework on the same thing repeatedly and consequently, blame you for the delay. You will always be made a scapegoat for the indecisiveness of the Company Head. 2) An underpaid job. They will make you work on tasks which are outside your domain and will also criticize you for not fulfilling that role with the required expertise. 3) Very unprofessional and amateurish in their work. 4) Their terms of agreement only benefit them, and the employee is at a disadvantage. The employee has to give a 3 months notice period, even during probation. But the company can fire you at any given point without giving any prior notice AND WITHOUT ANY PAY on supposed grounds of the employee's disobedience, insubordination, etc....Read More
