Good work culture. You must learn and keep updating here. A good place to learn a lot. Good exposure to the technology.

Worst work life balance and no proper work recognition. Very worst politics going inside the company.

Flexible Timing to work. Some health check ups done. Some events happened at every week of Friday.

No Benefits other than salary.

Work Details

Developing the software using vb.net and C#.Net with SQL server. Collecting the requirements from the respective production team like Copy editing, Pre-editing and XML and developing the tool based on the requirements.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
