I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. We can't update our skill, simple and easy projects working, no skill gaining project.. daily frustration for me to work here.. Freshers please don't join here, they will make your career unsuccessful. Salary is not good 10k only.. Non IT companies giving more than this... Overall don't waste your career and time here. Totally waste
