Good work experience and environment culture Teammates are not supportive and the management.company policies are not good appraisal are not fair and they give a average salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting ! I struggling a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

I am never see like this company I am very happy such a working in this company the company managment is so good and also nice culture thanku soo much for given me opportunity for job and I am very lucky and also during lockdown many of employee loss the job but huntsman is never do like others company and still given support like salary during lockdown..thanku huntsman

Only one think dislike for my side I am working payroll job..and my previous job last 7 year doing onroll this is my 1st job for payroll...huntsman is very big organization everyone's want doing job with huntsman but most off employees are deny payroll...
