The company takes care of employees needs both professionally and personally. The projects are challenging and closely work with customer thus giving satisfaction of importance of work.The team is super cooperative and knowledgeable.

Dislikes

The resources are limited hence sometimes difficult doing the job but due to team work the pressure doesn't hamper mental peace.

Huntsman work is best.mine is a US based client.hence I got a B1 visa quickly.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high.managers not support and only one chemist all plant handel.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
