1. Will ate you tax at the end of financial year and not provide you form-16. 2. No working environment and culture. 3. HR and CEO always said to do a task with in a hour in a way of jugaad. 4. Nothing to learn. 5. Using updated plug-ins. 6. Rules can be suddenly change. 7. Haven't seen any kind of refreshment party at there. 8. Saturday week off can change at any time. 9. Work Details

When I was working at there I saw that they didn't have any strategic planing and haven't trust on their employee. HR don't know how to run software that why always trying to do some kind of jugaad and the fact is client don't know about it.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
