It was a good opportunity that I got to start my career with Humres. But it was said that after my probation period ends i.e 3 months I would receive raise but still now am not yet a confirmed employee nor my salary got hiked. They keep giving excuses and extending my probation period.

Dislikes

People here do not respect work life balance of their employees. It is expected that one needs to work for more than 12 hours in such a low range salary of ₹10000- ₹15000. Superiors are not that helpful, they can put anyone in false position to safeguard their image. Professionalism doe sn't exist only....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
