The company is well renowned in the international market as a leading e learning organisation in management and leadership. As an instructor you get ample of opportunities to explore new topics and the most modern advanced methods of teaching. Management is extremely supportive and no micro management. Complete open door culture. Excellent appraisal and salary on time.

Dislikes

There are few senior employees who are trying to misutilise the independence. Thankfully that also has been taken careof.

Likes

The best part of the organisation is learning and growth. The team is full of talented and experienced educators, it is a privilege to work with them. This is probably the only e-learning organisation in West Bengal which has such a vadt coverage of management subject and large no of global students. Extremely supportive management the team themselves is industry leaders and extremely innovative.

Dislikes

The management should be more careful in providing opportunities to the right people. There was a so called admin and people manager, she has no education or background to manage such a position but created a lot of nuisances. Now it is been taken care of but this must be avoided.
