Huhtamaki is a leading company in flaxible packaging industry, documentation , quality related procedures and regulatory process is outstanding. In previous year they start layoff and for that perticular reason in my opinion job security is not as good as employees expect . Rest all things are good , they are doing amazing in laminates , tube laminates , sleeve business is going great even they are doing blueloop project for sustainability in flaxible packaging industry . Middle line authorities are not as professional as we are expecting , some of them have slightly bad in communication. Rest all things are quite good.

Dislikes

Too much politics from middle management site. People knows how to create complications and then they will show there efficiency of solving issues. They are more cleaver how to play and mis use existing system. Individual efficiency to be checked apart from team work. Too much politics in this organisation mostly in Indian those who are here from long time.
