All time fight with management for money

Dislikes

Management & TL they are not asking for work, staff health good or bad, you will die no issue. Just he wants works. It is happening in farakka NTPC. I have 3years bad experience in NTPC.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
