The manager and TL are kind of friendly, as long as you do your job. No one will question your work. It's a great place. Everyone minds their own business and also becomes friends pretty quickly. Everyone supports/helps everyone.

No work-life balance. No skill development. No increment in salary. Company culture is very toxic expect if you get a good understanding Team Leader. There is no job security if for some nonrelevent reason you are responsible then they won't even think twice about keeping you in company. No hope for promotions and all other thing. Event if you are completing your work frankly and for that work your are getting bad rating then it is all your fault then what is the point of doing your work properly if you will get rewarded badly for no reason. Increment is totally based on point system which is based on your individual sports rating and that rating is given according to coaches and they will give it like whatever they have in mind....Read More
