Absolute garbage company. Extreme micromanagement. Worst leadership- No proper management - Basically they jusr bow down to whatever people from the US convey. Absolute shitshow from the management - Highly stressful environment - Working hours worse than college- Strick break timings- Tagging games is what the job is - You can get better at typing other than that I see no other pros with rhis company. Extremely underpaid- Working on weekends- Working on Holidays- Difficult to get leaves - No compensation for laptops, no internet reimbursement - nothing. No team bonding - No team outings - No office in Bangalore- Basically their operational cost is ZERO. Basically anybody that has worked here could go and work anywhere else with ease. Nothing to like about this company except its work-from-home, that too after a long "6 months long probation" period where there is no job security in those 6 months.

There are many things to dislike. There is a huge amount of useless work with skills that have no use in the market, and the salary is very low for the amount of work. No compensation, recognition and overtime. Very minimum salary hike that too is not guaranteed, have to work extremely hard to get a minimum hike. And even after reaching the highest position, you'll not get a CTC of more than 5.0LPA. Every minute of work gets monitored, can not take some breaks during work, even lunch break or other breaks gets monitored it's like you are in school or jail. The worst part is the leave policy. You'll get leaves in your account but you can not use them, all leaves will get rejected. Rotational shifts plus no Saturday-Sunday offs, zero personal life. 2 weekly offs on weekdays but that can also get shortened to 1day. No holidays or leaves on festivals or national holidays, Diwali, 15th August, etc. These holidays are mentioned in operations calendar but will not get it and have to work compulsory on those days....Read More

Hudl is a very nice place to start a career as a fresher. It's give a friendliness of MNC atmosphere and we get to understand team work, MNC work culture and etc.

About hudl I dislikes are very less that is we don't have weekend offs and nothing else.
