Many Things, almost all First the Managers are Dumb and don't have any knowledge, they are just 12th Pass, which they tend to say always, just bcoz they are from a longer period of time, they are at places and they could do flattery of Bosses and good people who have knowledge they are at the lowest position. Salary is extremely delayed upto 4-5 Months. Total Politics, People will delegate you and reap all the fame of your work....Read More

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
