After pandemic situation of Covid 19, now the working atmosphere in company is became more challenging. However Hubergroup is believe in not to reduced their manpower and give salary and wages in time without made any kind of deductions in compare to other big companies...which is very good we can say.

Dislikes

Heavy work load found in company.after.penmamic.and cause of this employee feel hampered and getting confused.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
