I liked Woking environment and work balance as I use to get work on site and official works at office.My office is in Sanad which is just 30 kms away from the capital city Manama as well as well not very far from the Bahrain Airport

Dislikes

Overall, the working environment and pressure is stable. Sometimes I use to work for16 hours a day but in opposite sometimes I usually get free from office bit early. The only reason I am seeking another job is that slow rate is quite low.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
