Allow few employees to work from home. I am among one of them. But only those are allowed whose performance is good. Not all. And that's the fair ask I think.

Dislikes

No matter how good your performance is you will be given negligible % of increment Despite of being overachieving the target ( which is the highest rating one can get in appraisal process) Rate of increment is below 10% even for such employees. Prevailing inflation rate is even 7 % so logically negligible increment! No growth. You will feel trapped. Huge huge work load, high turnover ratio. and when it comes to leave, approval is a challenge: either not being approved or approval for very less leaves or asked to be available even when on leave.
