Job Security is high, company policies regarding leave is good. Work life balance depends on how much work you take up

Dislikes

Pay structure is poor. No focus on career growth. Politics is high. On job training is not structured and upto the mark. Salary is not at all satisfactory.

Work Details

My pay structure does not satisfy my job profile. Been 5 years and still struggling to get a decent hike despite on being the top performer. Work life balance can still be maintained depending on the project you work.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
