I have learned many things from HRH next how to handle the customers at any situation and we need to clear the problem of the customer After that I got post in the quality analyst I took training of Q.A after that I used to do auditing the call of the employee where they are doing the mistake and I use to give feedback to them

Shift time is not satisfied and salary is not credited by right time .the manager are not responding with correct solution.leave consideration is not applicable even emergency they are only consider in their side not employee.

Terrible company they will not support for anything they just need there work that's it We will not receive the salary on time it's always late. TL's don't support the agent's they have there own favouritism this is how they are running company. if you are dieing also you have to work and you have to die they will not give permissions at all. so i would suggest don't be the part of this company

It is a great place to work. Always there to help their employees.. Especially HR manager Priya is so supportive.. Work place is like moms home.
