Nothing . It was worst experience of my career. No Governance at all. People should avoid joining there.

Dislikes

There is no system in place. No learning and growth. Many malpractices followed .

There was was a good platform for learning. It give good experience with better career starting. Here work environment was very good and management also give training and learning classes for better future.

Dislikes

There was no transportation services for employees. And appraisal and salery increment was unexpected. But for learning and innovation purpose it was good experience.

My work was challenging with new machines in learning phase.Here we worked in AI & SMT deptt.as production engineer.
