Work life balance is very good.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Not supportive environment. Too much inside politics. No appraisal. Delayed salary. Monthly expenses claim will come back after 5months.

Good employees think its very good company and join as the package would be good, but in few months time good employees quit, but the waste people stay here as they don't get any other opportunities

Dislikes

Except the directors, there is nothing positive of the company. Even though we take orders with lot of difficulty materials are not supplied in time

I have to do entire bangalore projects, like meeting consultants, electrical contractors, builders, get approval for 10 items all by myself, there is no helping hand for past one year. I am not a robot
