The top management has Business Aim and Task. At times they have invested properly. Good Brand recall in the market.

Dislikes

Old Policies High level politics, which has spoiled the culture. Mid level management is not cooperative Salaries and Compensations always delay. No Benefits to employees eg medical, incentives etc

I am Branch Head for Telangana and AP for consumer products. I have to look after the product marketing and distribution. Manage day to day yield operations.
