Job involved team work, it was challenging. Everyday everybody learns something new. Progression depend on actual performance. Your job is always appreciated. Lot of learning material available in the refinery. You also undergo training session at refinery, training centre at Nigdi ( Pune) and also at other reputed industries.

Dislikes

Since I stay far away from refinery and had shift duty, I hardly get time for my family during week days.

Work Details

The job was challenging , interesting and always expose to danger. You have to be 100% alert throughout the shift. There is hardly any scope for rectify the mistakes. Safety norms& precautions need to be followed by every individuals.
