I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Stay away from the Property and Risk Management team if you want your mental health and life to be less miserable. The boss is a verbally abusive bully with Gaslighting tendencies. No job security if you work under that B.
