Work Life Balance is Good & has improved a lot in last 2 years. Product portfolio is good & opportunities are good. You get opportunities to work with global teams. Company is growing & has bigger plans.

Not a good place for high performers. Everyone's treated equally. Promotions & salary benefits are unfair. Company culture is not on par with a MNC company. Like many other companies, managers decide the quality of your professional life & they can bend any policies matching their needs. Good managers can be handpicked and many are not up to the mark. Howden India isn't a great place but Howden on the whole is a good company to work with....Read More
