The leadership team has a great vision, but may not be the same with the execution team. There are issues with the work culture. They have created an artificial image.

Dislikes

1.No consistency in their policies, changes on case to case basis. 2.Lack of professionalism in the talent acquisition team. 3.Creates hostile environment in the name of branding. Forces employees to update the LinkedIn profile within 1 day of joining, as per their given content (which should be a personal choice)
