What to say? Before Joining Housing.com , I had been part of IndiaMart till February. One thing I can say proudly about Housing.com that this Company is a very Matured in terms of managing people as a family. I have joined Housing.com on 1st March 2020 and on 18th Lockdown occurred. I was worried as I had no Idea about Real Estate Market and I was unknown to the brokers. I was coming to know that this company and that company was laying off their employees so I thought that I am a non performing asset to this organisation so far and I was waiting that when my company will start laying off people and I would be the first one to loose my job. Too much tensions going on in my mind related to my day to day expenses as well as from career prospective. But Guess What ? This company stood by it's employees even with me though I did a BIG ZERO for 4 months consecutively but no one said anything to me even from top management. It gives me immense pleasure and I feel really proud to be a part of Housing.com, A company which treats even their sales force as an asset. I have started going on Field by the month of August and still I am trying hard to contribute but you know what this company owes my Loyalty and made me a self driven person....Read More
