Housejoy is a good company and I think it's one of the best in the industry. The staffs who work here are all good people and always ready to help out a fellow colleague. The office infrastructure is good, the company has a good leave policy and insurance coverage, They offers a Food vouchers & rewards to encourage employees. I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
