Its like an open platform where you get to learn doing by yourself. You have the flexibility to take the entire ownership of the work.

Dislikes

Poor work ethics, Lack of leadership qualities among top management - Working for 1 year is more than enough.

Work Details

Depends upon an individual - Its an open platform to learn, strategise, implement and optimise. You need to fight everyday to justify the best practices in the industry, as mostly there would be a disagreement between you and the higher management/Boss.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
