No Job security at all. Any time they will kick out without paying single penny

Dislikes

Worst environment for working, owners only listen to PA, and they don't know that how to create working environment. No SOP to follow. HR don't know the general labour laws and policies. HR not certified.

I don't have anything, because nothing is good about The Hillock Ahmedabad.

Dislikes

Micromanaging by owners, They trust only there on employees who is doing slavery for them. Food is pathetic, there is no benifits for employees. And lot more.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
