The key to transparency at work is when leadership treats it's employees as valued team members modern days employees spend a lot of time with their coworker'so it's important to cultivate those relationships on a daily basis to make work enjoyable.

I am very sorry before I say . If you don't see you salary or promotion there,then that work is not less then Central government job. There is no such comfort in the the central government job. As there in hotel caspia pro 😊

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
