Working at the Hospital gave me the skills required to take on the current highly dynamic work environment and also gave me axillary skills such as PR skills, Inventory maintenance, daily balance sheets for out patients...etc.

Dislikes

One thing I would say that I dislike about working at hope children's hospital is that as a fresher the salary was not proportional to the hours worked.

Work Details

It's a fun learning on the job experience. The staff are all friendly and pleasant to work with. A major plus point of working at a children's hospital is the harmonious and peaceful atmosphere created by children.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
