if honeywell have any business problem UOP can spoil your career, doesn't matter that if you are in project or not, they may layoff in one week even you are in some project and your work was appreciated in past. They will give you 5 days of notice period only if they layoff without any reasons and if you resign then you have to served two months notice period.
