Definitely good company to work. Work culture is good. Very good company policies.

Dislikes

No resource planning. Only talking big big things and no action on planning. very very poor resources planning. Not even dedicated design/ expediter person to meet customer requirement. My Manager's manager is not supportive. During my appraiser, my manager's manager is very interested to put everyone in PIP. My manager's manager secured his job by putting 2-3 persons in PIP on every year and shows higher management on resources cost saving. I individual perform 50% of Revenue, Billing and Collection against team target AOP for FY-2021-2022. My suggestion is to take one to one feedback from individual employees on behalf of HBS India service project leader<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. due to this job security is terrible</mark>....Read More

Work Details

I will tell you Honeywell is very good company to work even though work daily 12 hours. i learned many things related to project management. i have improve customer relationship and vendor management. but my manager's manager is not supportive
