Canteen is good. Quarterly town hall , meet all employees. MD discuss about the current and future goals of company forcast.

Dislikes

Appraisal format is not good. Big fish got big money and small hard working employees got few bucks. Hardly to survive. Transparency is not there. HR , admin and managers are there from long time, so everything is on between, can't complaint to anyone
