Opportunity to learn and grow. Cool working atmosphere. Job security. Good employee relations and young team to work with.

Dislikes

Some operating processes need to be restructured. Compensation and benefits are average. Still there is a lot to be improved. (Its growing gradually).

My work is cool and i enjoy my work here. I have given freedom and good opportunity here. I will be taking care of Recruitment and Employee Engagement,complete Employee Life cycle management.
